AI systems that work without a large team.
Independent since 2016. Three ventures, one crashed hard. Today I build AI products and the infrastructure that makes things possible that used to require an entire team.
Video
Get to know me.

In this video I briefly explain who I am, how I think, and what drives me — in about five minutes.
Let's talkMy story
Why I work the way I work.
I learned what happens when you depend too much on a single platform: 50 affiliate domains, 20 employees, expansion into three countries. Google changed the rules, Amazon shut down the partner program — and suddenly the business model was gone.
After that I made the classic mistake with Zipdo: thinking too big, burning too much, validating too little. Gave up the office, took a year off.
Both taught me something that shapes all my work today: More people don't solve the problem. Better systems do.
Today I build two AI products with two small teams — Rawshot.ai for fashion e-commerce photography and Careertrainer.ai for leadership training. Plus two to three consulting projects. No office, no VC, no agency. Instead: a custom CRM, a website that updates itself, content pipelines that run without manual effort.
What drives me is a simple belief: AI doesn't replace quality — AI enables new quality. A shop that could never afford a photo shoot now has professional product images. A leader who attended one seminar a year now trains every week. A three-person team manages a hundred landing pages. These aren't efficiency gains. They're things that were simply impossible before.

What I believe
Not from a book. From three ventures, one failed SaaS product, and running two AI companies every day.
AI doesn't replace quality. AI enables new quality.
Most people think of AI as "the same thing, but cheaper." That misses the point. AI makes things possible for the first time — twenty product variants instead of one, weekly training instead of an annual seminar, a hundred landing pages instead of five. The quality bar doesn't drop. It becomes applicable to things that were previously out of reach.
Systems beat headcount.
20 employees don't mean 20x output. Often they mean 20x coordination. A small team with thoughtful systems — custom CRM, automated content pipelines, a website that updates itself — beats a large team without that infrastructure. Not because the people are worse, but because systems don't need alignment meetings. Companies that understand this now will dominate the next few years.
If you don't experiment, you'll be replaced.
Using AI doesn't mean automating existing processes — it means rethinking them. Anyone who maps a workflow one-to-one into an AI tool hasn't understood the principle. The real leverage is rebuilding processes from the ground up. You'll hit limits — technical, conceptual, sometimes human. That's normal. Many of those limits resolve themselves with the next model. Those who experiment now have the edge. Those who wait until everything is mature declare themselves irrelevant.

Interview with Antonio Blago – Behind the scenes in marketing
In this episode I speak openly about why classic affiliate marketing and generic SEO content hit structural limits — not because of a single Google update, but because of a fundamental market shift driven by AI, publisher inflation, and platform changes. I share why my affiliate business was predictable but had no future, why "SEO content from top-10 templates" barely matters today, and how I moved into software through vibe coding, AI workflows, and Next.js. Plus: SEO vs. GEO, brand control in AI systems, and the uncomfortable truth that old playbooks aren't coming back — a realistic look at the next few years in digital marketing.
